Between‑Client Disinfection
Drain the bowl, remove debris, and rinse with warm water. Apply an EPA‑registered disinfectant following contact‑time instructions. Clean jets and surfaces thoroughly, then rinse again with clean water. Dry with a lint‑free cloth to prevent mineral spotting and preserve the ceramic’s gloss.
Daily End‑of‑Day Routine
Run a cleaning cycle with approved sanitizing solution through the pipeless system to reach internal surfaces. Remove and inspect jet components if your model supports tool‑free access. Allow parts to dry completely before reassembly to discourage biofilm formation.
Weekly Deep Clean
Inspect seals, gaskets, and strainers for wear. Soak removable parts per manufacturer guidance. Check hose connections and drain traps for buildup. Record maintenance actions in a simple log to demonstrate compliance during health inspections and to keep teams aligned.
Compliance Notes
Local regulations may require specific disinfectants, logs, or signage. Keep printed SDS sheets accessible and train all staff on chemical handling. When in doubt, exceed the minimum standard; consistent hygiene builds client trust and differentiates your salon.
